Every Sunday in the Cedros Design District shops add an element to their stores and participate in a weekly farmers market. This farmer’s market offers local seasonal fruit and vegetable along with other locally inspired trinkets.
If you’re in the mood for some local entertainment then we suggest visiting one of the west coast’s best live music venues, Belly Up. Belly up has been voted San Diegos best venue and also featured in Rolling stones magazine. Since we are on the music note (pun intended) each year Solana Beach kicks off the summer with Fiesta Del Sol. Fiesta Del Sol is a seaside beach festival full of good eats and music ranging from rock to reggae. Its located the Fletcher Cove, one of Solana Beach’s protected beach coves that offers fantastic swimming and snorkeling.
Looking to move to Solana Beach? There is much more to it than the eye may see while cruising the beach. Inland Solana Beach is full of more shops, restaurants and many dance studios, most likely inspired by the art culture that is very much alive in the city.

Solana Beach traditionally does not have a large number of homes for sale in any given month. This is due to the liveability of the city, great beaches, awesome weather, local entertainment, endless shops, top-rated schools, and safe the surrounding cities.
